Did the Blue Bloods series need a shot in the arm? Yes, it did. Don't get me wrong, I did enjoy the series. There was a lot of information in these books that we've been waiting on to make the world that Melissa De La Cruz created more complete. The world of the wolves, those who have not been turned into hell hounds and those who have, is explored in great detail.I've always liked the character of Bliss, and felt a bit sad for her because of her many challenges. I'm glad to see that she got a bigger piece of the story, even if she did have plenty to learn and do. I also started to like Allegra Van Allen a tad bit more. There was a time when I was seriously questioning what she was thinking.
Wolf Pact The Complete Saga is definitely worth the read and was an excellent lead in to Gates of Paradise.

This book was a good little novel to fill in the gaps about what has been going on with Bliss since she left New York on Allegra's mission. I gave it four stars because while it did fill in some gaps it was not Melissa's best writing and became almost a chore to get through.
She didn't develop the story line as well as I would have hoped. It was superficial and if it was a spinoff from something that had happened in one of the Blue blood books I don't remember reading about them. I love her books and look forward to new ones all the time.
You definitely need to read the Blue Bloods series before this one. You might want to wait to read the final book in Blue Bloods-Gates of Paradise until after completing the Wolf Pact series. Then it will make more sense. The wolf parts of Gates of Paradise confused me when I read them. I hadn't known at the time about this series. But this one was great and connects everything together. And you find out what Bliss has been up to between the last two Blue Bloods books.
I gave this book five stars because I loveeeeeeee all the blue blood books and all the spin offs and wolf pact was really good I really liked wolf pact I knew lawson would end up with bliss after tala died I didn't like that tala died she was so cool and she saved lawson yes I would absolutely recommend this book to anyone who never read any of the blue blood series or spin offs and if you are a fan of the books then you already know
I'm so glad I waited to read this series of novellas until all four were out. I was able to read them back-to-back and the result was a near-full length novel. I thought this was a great addition to the series and a good spin-off in its own right. I loved reading about Bliss as she has always been one of my favorite Blue Bloods characters. I hope de la Cruz writes more from the wolves' perspective. Wolf Pact was the perfect read to get me back in the mood for reading the Blue Bloods series.
I really loved this story and I'm so glad I read it but I do have a few downfalls. One, I couldn't believe how short they were. Honestly I would have been mad to spend the money buying them individually because of how short they were. I thought they story had so much more the author could have continued with to make the story that much better. Also, I noticed some differences between what she tells us in this story and what she tells of it in the blue blood novels. All in all it was a good read and if you loved the blue blood series then id say check this out.
I think this book takes place before the final Blue Bloods book but I'm not sure. In any case, it's recommended you read that series before reading Wolf Pact.
This book is the story of how Lawson and his pack escaped becoming hell hounds and what they did during their year of hiding.
Bliss is searching for the pack. It's her mission to convince Lawson's pack to help take down the Silver Bloods but first she has to help Lawson take down Romulus.
It was an interesting story but very short for the price.
